Yes. Browsing, searching and comparing dispensaries, clinics, brands, strains and products is free, and there is no subscription. You only pay a provider for what you order from them, or a clinic for a consultation you choose to book, and that cost is always shown before you confirm.

Toke covers the UK and a growing number of European markets. Every listing sits under the rules of its own country, so what is available to you depends on where you are and what is legal there. You can filter by country or city, and coverage expands as new markets open.

In the UK, cannabis-based products for medicinal use are available on prescription only, written by a specialist rather than a GP. CBD is regulated separately, as a food supplement. Toke lists both and labels every listing with what that provider is licensed to supply. Coverage in other countries follows that country's own rules, and each listing states which apply.

Nothing goes live until its licence has been checked against the market it operates in. From there, Toke matches the licence to what is actually listed, confirms the supporting documentation and lab reports where they apply, and keeps that record current. Reviews come from verified users rather than anonymous accounts, so the ratings reflect real visits and real orders.

Yes. The Toke app is available on both the App Store and Google Play, and your account, saved places and orders carry across between the app and the website.

A dispensary is where a product is supplied to you. A clinic is where you are assessed: a doctor on the GMC Specialist Register reviews your condition and your treatment history and decides whether a cannabis-based medicine is appropriate. You need the clinic before the dispensary. Toke labels every listing so it is clear which one you are looking at and what it is licensed to do.

Toke does not prescribe. What it does is connect you to licensed clinics and registered specialists, let you check your eligibility in a couple of minutes and book a consultation online. Whether a cannabis-based medicine is appropriate is always the specialist's decision. If you are prescribed one, your prescription and repeat requests are managed in one place in the Toke app.
